National West Of England Chess Championship 2018 U14 Winner

9-yr-old Shreyas Royal (below, lower right) played in the West of England Junior Chess Championships over the weekend of 17-18 Feb 2018 at Swindon. He played in the Under 14 major category, where he gave an excellent account of himself,especially against one of the top players in the last round, to win the U14 title.
